README needs update #210

Describe the bug right now when we format and publish opf, it create README with only title and author in it. We need to update it to include the table like this readme

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. from openpecha.catalog.manager import CatalogManager
  2. use create_readme from CatalogManager Class
