CR002 : Convert Tibetan in English when the Page language is in the Tibetan. #194

Description

The button labeled in Tibetan is not translated to English when the overall page language is set to Tibetan. This inconsistency creates confusion for users.

Expected behavior: The button should display its label in English when the page language is set to Tibetan.

Steps to reproduce: Set page language to Tibetan. Navigate to the page with the Tibetan button. Observe that the button label is still in Tibetan.

Impact: This inconsistency can lead to user confusion and hinder navigation.
