Description:

We need a text to text-to-speech option for the non-Tibetan Buddhist output of Machine translation in our web application, as we have for Tibetan.

Rational: This feature will assist visually challenging users and users who know the language but don't know how to read or understand what has been translated by the model.

For the following languages:

Do inference cost study and come up with a report.
