In stt pecha tools change the scope of the reviewed and submitted minute to include overall reviewed minute even if the user has changed multiple groups. This will result in accurate calculation of stt reviewer pay based on reviewed minute. Currently only the reviewed minute within the selected group is considered. this way there wont be any problem if user changes group within a selected duration. his or her pay will be considered across all the group she has worked in.

stt reviewer pay that considers the pay based on reviewed minute across all the group.
