BUG: topics search results doesn't show properly in BO #80

Reproduce

  1. Go to Topics in EN locale
  2. click on results for "A"
  3. change locale

Current behaviour

the url is still set on results for "A", which should yield no result, yet "ལེན་བཞིན་པ་་་" keeps being shown: image

Expected

the results for "ཀ" in the url give the correct message: image
