OCR0030: Deploy prodigy

Description: Soon the glyph annotation on the prodigy will resume so we need to deploy the prodigy to get it ready for the annotators to use for glyph annotations.

Completion Criteria: When a test jsonl is loaded on the prodigy for the annotators to annotate it.
