Upload the combine dataset data MonlamAI with csv file of 1000 rows each. Discuss the format of uploading with Gade.

Stt combine datasets in MonlamAI github organization.

Needs to discus with @spsither and Gade. He is currently uploading the task for the annotators and KT session on model training with SP.
