Description

In stt_pc, STT_PC0187_0119_818097_to_826045.wav audio is being re-transcribed. we have to find why it is happening.

Completion Criteria.

Make audios to not be transcribed again in stt pecha tools.

Implementation

Subtask

[ ] create a script to find the specific audio in database.
[ ] get the state of the audio and make sure it's state is in finalised.
