https://github.com/OpenPerpetuum/PerpetuumServer/blob/Development/src/Perpetuum/Zones/NpcSystem/Npc.cs#L1260 Observed issue: red npc's at range not fully attributing aggro/threat (when they die, who is on threatmanager) to all participants as expected. The Neutral (orange) npc just checks if the threattype is defined, the Aggressive (red) npc only returns true IFF within a fixed aggro-range.
Hypothesis, removing range check from this will resolve issue.
