Buy Spark Teleport Device at any Syndicate shop on Alphas and use. Once activated, it will spark-tp you to the target destination. The rest is pretty much the same as we had before.
Currently there are 2 targets - Hershfield and New Virginia, each one has it's own Spark Teleport Device respectively.
