Friendly corporations cannot use the gate... #476

Describe the bug Friendly corporations cannot use the gate if its access level is set to "Friendly".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Set up a gate at the outpost on Betta Island;
  2. Through the map, using the right mouse button on the gate, select: "Relation-based access...".;
  3. Set the access level to “Friendly”;
  4. A corporation with friendly relations cannot open/close gates.

Expected behaviour The access level must correspond to the access level at the outpost. Otherwise, the characters cannot pass through the gate.

Additional context Perhaps the problem also exists for the gates on the Gamma Islands.

This bug has been fixed and tested in my local server. I will push it to github, after the patch30 is deployed, to avoid any confusion or distraction.
