The product is detected, but the driver is not, a "Generic Driver" is displayed which does not work for the printer. Thanks greetings

I update this, all the drivers I have found here. https://www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/pixma_ts_series/pixma-ts3350.html?type=drivers&language=&os=linux%20(64-bit)

It works with these drivers. Thanks greetings

Are you still facing any issue?

wuniversales commented 3 years ago

With the web driver installed, I have no problems with cups, the driver is detected correctly.

But if you don't install the driver that I show in the link above, cups detects the driver as generic, so I suppose it remains to add the driver in cups.

A printer which works with the driver from the manufacturer but not without this driver. For me it looks like that this printer model does not support driverless IPP printing. Or does Canon advertise it as AirPrint, Mopria, IPP Everywhere, or Wi-Fi Direct Print?
