As we will get a more sophisticated DNS-SD API, especially supporting different DNS-SD implementations (Avahi, mDNS Responder, later also Windows) and that all developed, maintained, and tested by Michael Sweet in libcups3, I will not add our own Avah/DNS-SD API to libcupsfilters and therefore close this Pull Request.
