Per @tillkamppeter's instructions, this pull request features a guide on how to use Ubuntu WSL and Printer Applications to enable printing from Windows when the printer is not supported by the said operating system.
The markdown file is placed inside _pages, its assets inside a subdirectory of assets/images (for better organization) and the author's information is inline with the existing practices.
