Revert "Add configure options for several PAPPL options" #21

Reverts OpenPrinting/pappl-retrofit#20

@zdohnal Your PR is not correct. You need to remove legacy/legacy-printer-app.service and add legacy/legacy-printer-app.service.in instead.

Could you correct this? Thanks.

This is most probably due to the following update from #20

I'm sorry for the problems @tillkamppeter - here is the fix hopefully https://github.com/OpenPrinting/pappl-retrofit/pull/22 - I did the same PR to lprint, where .in is, so I forgot to put it in for pappl-retrofit.
