Improved german translation.

Hi, thank you for the patch! I'll merge it - s-c-p translations are kept in Zanata too https://fedora.zanata.org/iteration/view/system-config-printer/master/ - would you mind adding the translation there next time?

Hi, I tried Zanata before, but I didn't have any permissions to enter translations. So editing the translation file directly on GitHub was the only way for me to get in my translations.
