Do not start the applet in GNOME #40

Hi,

Now days it seems that gnome-settings-daemon (gsd-printer) is owning both com.redhat.NewPrinterNotification and com.redhat.PrinterDriversInstaller D-Bus names.

Does that make sense to continue to start the applet in GNOME (and cinnamon)?
