Test/troubleshoot Printful integration

Below is the feedback from Rocco after testing Printful on the new WP Engine setup. Will test and troubleshoot in this issue.

I also just tested printful. Tried to add the mug. Didn't get an error message but the item was not added to the site. When I try to see the item in woo commerce I get an error message that says the item doesn't exist. Maybe it just needs more time to show up but I have the feeling something is not right.

@angelcityjazz I'm looking at the Printful store and https://angelcityjazz.com/shop/ and it 'looks' like the mug you just created is there? If not, I can try hitting 'refresh data' (I may anyways) to see if it syncs up.

@tonyzeoli I think Rocco just figured out how to do it and it's worked fine for the past couple years. For whatever reason we started having issues very recently and we verified it was an issue with the crappy host (Bluehost).

If it's working now (which I think it is) we probably can use the current flow for this years fest (beginning next month!) and then reevaluate how we're doing it and how we can improve thereafter.

Yes, it worked! I guess it just needed a bit more time to process. I’ll need a better mock-up image though.

That's great to hear! I also did another refresh, which may have helped sync everything up. Will leave this issue open until you're able to add more without issue.

I see that the Printful plugin now cleaning integrates with WooCommerce and Zapier is no longer required to make this connection. Glad this is now working on WP Engine.

Ahh...ok so the integration didn't exist last time you used. Didn't think WP Engine or any 'real' host would have issues considering it worked fine on Bluehost for the past three years... until it didn't!

Yes - I am soooo relieved and excited about the wide range of possibilites.

Printful is finally working beautifully. Just added the tote bag with no issues. Can't believe we wasted so much time troubleshooting this with Bluehost. It was 100% their fault and they were completely unhelpful.

That's great to hear! Again, I've been weary and have wasted a ton of time w/ Bluehost pretty much since the start. At the time they seemed like a good option for the price. Didn't think it take a strange issue to randomly occur for three years in - but I'm really happy we're off and have a solid foundation to grow!

Closing out this issue as Prinful is now working. Hopefully we won't have to reopen!
