There are no transactions in my ton wallet and I just checked and there are no transactions on my crypto.com wallet so I will try again but do I need a memo with the transfer?

I transferred 1-2 ton tokens from my crypto.com wallet to my open mask wallet but what happened to my tokens? Please advise.
