Bar to promote open source project and also fixing footer #7

a footer was not 100% because of it used container xxl and not container fluid which it makes look bad but now I already made changes so it is always 100% width whatever the screen size is, and also i already make some bar on top of navbar so we can promote this repo, thanks.

thanks, mas. I will keep an eye on this project because I get used to Laravel and I really comfortable to develop using it
