Make PoS print ticket directly #27

Currently PoS print the ticket using the javascript window.print(); function, that makes use of print capabilities from modern browsers. For better performance, we must print the ticket directly to printer.

This needs #26 solved first.

Branch issue23 have a probe of concept for a custom PoS Proxy that must be installed on local machines for make PoS print directly to printer without use browser dialog.
