Due to the increased turn capacity of q1 physics, CPM/VQ3 oriented maps have stupidly absurd pre-run behavior.
Optimal behavior is always to do ten million laps of pre-run around the start, which is not fun for this movement type.
This fix should balance pre-runs so that they are still fun, but also fair and non-repetitive.
