Fix acp badge delete confirm messages. #37

Currently it overwrites the message to the default in some cases.

I don't intend to change the relevant code for deleting badges significantly during the refactoring of the acp module so fixing this now makes that coming PR a bit smaller.

I'm not sure if this is really the right approach, will re-open with probably more changes.
