I think it should still be included for best practice (although maybe en-GB.txt should include a comment to explain not to translate it?). Aside from a direct translation, there may be other languages that need/prefer to at least transliterate it, or attach some grammatical structures to it.

Due to the way OpenRCT2 works, it has to be in the translation files. Anyway, you should treat it the same way you handled expansion pack names like "Added Attractions" or "Loopy Landscapes". So if you transliterated those, you can do the same for this.
