Chairlift cars are placed on top of each other #12103

OS: Ubuntu 20.04 Version: 0.2.6+ Commit/Build: 8b6cb7e943365f998504513717dad62aabfe3524

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a long chairlift with stations of two tiles each.
  2. Open/test it.

Chairlifts can have more cars than fit on the station. In my test, I had 26 cars, while only 4-5 fit in the station. When opening, the first four cars were placed normally and the others were stacked on top of each other, rather than going around the bullwheel.

@Gymnasiast can you attach the save for ease of reproducing?

EDIT: Seems to be the designer, I'll try to create a save to bisect.

This big is old. I have gone back to v0.1.0 and it's already present there.

Edit: FFS, it's an original bug.
