backward moving water attractions don't generate splash #17697

OpenRCT2 build

Version: 0.4.1 (be518f4)

Describe the issue

In the original game if you had a water ride with a splash go backwards it would generate a splash. In OpenRCT2 this doesn't happen.

Steps to reproduce

Download this park https://www.nedesigns.com/park/458/kiriki-dutch-falls-amusements/

check the rides called krokodile. In the original game you will see splashes in front of the car but in OpenRCT2 not.

Can't reproduce on 0.4.5 and current develop. (But also can't build 0.4.1 where this supposedly happened.)
Was this fixed by now?

That's what it looks like in vanilla RCT2, OpenRCT2 definitely doesn't do that.

Works in 0.0.4 and is broken in 0.0.5.
