Convert Saved Game to Scenario Issues #20877

Lately whenever I open Convert Saved Game to scenario and click on the saved game it opens and under Rides/Attractions under a preservation order it doesn't show all the rides. For example when I went to convert my recent saved game to scenario three rides would not show up under rides/attraction under a preservation order and I don't how to fix it. Any suggestions?
