Add link to twitch streams #8280

BlindIRL mentioned it could help out him (and other streamers) if we had a links to twitch with rct streams. This would let players be more engaged in the game/community too.

As a twitch streamer, I think, it would be nice to advertise rct streams via openrct2 site. but if it would be implemented, it should be great if there were an option not to advertise my stream.
