This PR adds some 'basic' documentation on shops & stalls, #14

I think for now this should be enough, but should we eventually add some more documentation on the actual buying process? Especially w.r.t. specific things like hot/cold food value, etc.?

Could retake the playing/shops_and_stalls/_static/first_aid_treatment.gif picture with the debugging tools off? (I forgot to specify this in the instructions - I will amend those.)
