Document Options menu #37

This PR documents all of the settings and options in the "Options" menu.

Closes #9

PR is still a WIP, but please review whatever exists when you can, as this PR requires a lot of my typing and thoughts, so it would be best to start the review process on early parts while I finish up the rest of the sections.

PR is now done.
