Base game Dodgems/Flying Saucers vehicles should have buildMenuPriority. #310

Presently they do not have buildMenuPriority values set, so this will sometimes result in the icons of expansion/custom vehicles being used when grouping by ride types in parks with multiple vehicles for the ride types available.
