Add sloped sprites to wallig16 #317

The next of my sloped wall PRs. As before, these sprites were made by ripping existing sprites and hand-editing in Paint.NET. Pinging @ZeeMaji for review.

The vertical offsets seem a bit off here, they look like they need to be shifted down?

You're right; shifting them down a pixel looks way better. image
