Remove netstandard 2.0 from efcore nuget and update som dependencies

• Remove netstandard 2.0 from efcore nuget package
• Updates a couple of dependencies to "resolve" some of the "vulnerabilities" in transient nuget packages
  • (There is still a number of them such as "to old" versions being implicitly included by net6, ef6 and efcore6)

I am parking this for a little while so it can be merged when wanting to drop efcore6 support. But maybe it is better to merge it now (with having new msbuild targets in the efcore project commented out) ?
