Wetty not responding #597

As reported from testing...

Wetty was not coming up on/console

I suspect this is the issue where the browser caches the "https" part of rov.openrov.net for you so that you end up with "https://rov.openrov.net" instead of "http://rov.openrov.net".

Given the number of times this has come up we need to probably add a nginx end point for https://rov.openrov.net/console that automatically redirects to wetty.
