Description of the Change

• インデントを揃え、不要なコメントアウト文整理
• バージョン番号はImageProcessingに合わせて1.2.3へ更新

Verification

• RTSE上で起動できることを確認。接続動作はTkCalibGUIと組み合わせて確認したいので後日行う予定。

  • Ubuntu20.04 + OpenRTM-aist1.2.2 + OpenCV4.5環境利用

• doxygenドキュメントを生成し、ブラウザで表示確認

• 本RTCのdebパッケージ作成動作確認

• 詳細テストは、ImageProcessing全体の修正終了後、テストスクリプトにより行う予定
