Linux環境のOpenRTM-aist-Python2.0のdebパッケージを定義する

Describe the solution you'd like

debパッケージ名はopenrtm2-python3とし、1.2との共存には対応しない
1.2とインストール先（/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/OpenRTM_aist）は同じで変更はない
debパッケージのchangelog から openrtm-aist-python3 パッケージの履歴（バージョン1.2以前）を削除
1.2（openrtm-aist-python3）とパッケージ名は異なるが、共存インストールはエラーなる
- バージョンの入れ替えインストールは、一括インストールスクリプト（pkg_install_ubuntu.sh, openrtm2_install_ubuntu.sh）で対応予定
