Describe the bug

openrtm2-python3-doc のdebパッケージ説明が更新されておらず、下記となっている「Documentation for openrtm-aist-python」
このため、OpenRTM2.0 のみがインストールされている環境で、1.2系のパッケージ名である openrtm-aist で検索するとヒットしてしまうので、説明の「openrtm-aist-python」を「openrtm2-python3」へ修正する

OS: Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04
OpenRTM-aist Version 2.0.0
