Describe the bug

Ubuntu22.04環境でOpenRTM-aist-Pythonのdebパッケージ生成時以下のエラーになるので整備する

debian/compatの定義が 5 となっていることが原因

dh_clean: error: Compatibility levels before 7 are no longer supported (level 5 requested)

Reproducibility 100%

Environment

OS: Ubuntu 22.04
OpenRTM-aist Version 2.0.1

Additional context omniORBpyはバージョン4.2.5を使用
