masterブランチでdebパッケージ作成時「cannot find library libfastrtps.so.1」のエラーになる

Describe the bug

• OpenRTM-aist/scripts/ubuntu_1804/Dockerfile.packageを使ったビルドで発生する

  dpkg-shlibdeps: error: cannot find library libfastrtps.so.1 needed by debian/openrtm-aist/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openrtm-2.0/transport/ROS2Transport.so

• rules.in へ下記★の1行を追加すれば解消する

  (cp -r $(INSTALL_PREFIX)/lib/openrtm-$(SHORT_VER) $(TARGET)/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH))
  (cp  /opt/ros/dashing/lib/libfast*.so* $(TARGET)/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH))　←★
  (rm -r $(TARGET)/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/openrtm-$(SHORT_VER)/cmake)

• 3/10の確認で問題なくdebパッケージを作成できていたので、その後のROS2Transportの変更が原因と思える

$ git clone https://github.com/OpenRTM/OpenRTM-aist
$ sudo docker build -t cxx20 -f OpenRTM-aist/scripts/ubuntu_1804/Dockerfile.package .

Reproducibility 100%

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 18.04 64bits
• OpenRTM-aist Version 2.0.0

この不具合は #895 で対応済みですのでこのIssueはクローズします。修正が反映されていないソースを使ったことでエラーに遭遇しただけでした。
