Description of the Change

388記載の仕様に従って，RTSystemEditorのRTシステム復元方式を修正させて頂きました．

今回修正した復元方式では，オンラインエディタで保存したRtsProfileだけでなく，オフラインエディタで保存したRtsProfileも読み込めるように修正しております． また，Restore方式を整理した事で，不要となったコード，ファイルも削除させて頂きました．
