サービスポートを持つRTC作成時、xxxSVC_impl.cpp、xxxSVC_impl.hが生成されない問題を修正する。 include 分などでファイルが見つからない場合に、処理が途中で止まり必要なファイルが生成されないケースがあるが、ダイアログを出し、処理継続・停止をユーザが選べるようにし、継続の場合にはファイルの生成を行うように変更する。
