RT3S / MD-UV380 transmitter stops before and of final frame of M17 transmission #251

At the end of a M17 transmission, the transmission stops before the end of the final frame (i.e the Eot frame).

Screenshot from 2024-03-03 18-22-02 Screenshot of the end of a transmission of a debug stream which contains 2 EoT frames. Note that the transmission stops before the final trame is transmitted. The time between the start of the final frame and the end of the transmission is 31.6 ms, and this seems to be consistant over all tests I have done
