ID NUMBER UNKNOWN issue #40

I have MD2017, my last action with this radio was to updated the user.csv with DMRCONFIG. Now my radio displays ID NUMBER UNKNOWN when I key up my radio.

I have tried reducing the list size to only United States. That made it smaller but still didn't resolve the issue. I know my DMR ID is in the list.
