Update user_guide.md with squelch setting #39

Make it known that there is a squelch setting and how to use it

Having thought about it again, I was thinking that instead of a small note it might be more desireable to have the squelch setting in the table of keypad assignments? It'd require another row but other secions do have those buttons in the table so it would be consistent with that.

Let me know if that's what you want and I'll update the PR.

Having it as a row in the tables seems good, actually. Thanks for the PR, in the meantime!

Alright, I've ammended the commit to add the squelch information to the tables instead. (I've also added adjusted columns and capitalisation so that all three tables are now consistent in which keys they display and how).
