Add "data source date" and "creation date" metadata fields on infrastructures and visualize it on the infrastructure selector

What is this feature about?

Currently no date is shown on infrastructure metadata, which leads the users to add the date manually in the name of their infra:

3 dates can be interesting for SNCF users (can it be generalized for every users?) :

• validity date of the GAÏA import
• date of creation of the Railjson
• date of last modification using the infra editor

This enhancement is to add these fields in the infra metadata + show them in the infra selector.

Why is this feature valuable?

Less clutter on infra names + makes error debugging easier

• ajouter aussi des infos sur les métadonnées qui sont déjàa affichées (version de railjson, id...)
• attention à ne pas modifier le nom de l'infra car il est utilisé à certains endroits dans le code
• travail de design à faire pour voir comment on présente l'information
• on pourrait imaginer d'autres ajouts dans les métadonnées, comme par exemple les versions de Gaïa utilisées
