Change formatting so it can just be filled in
Add the questions we asked in addition to the existing ones in previous incubations

We might also want to add a question about used standards:

What standards does the project implement or rely on? How are they related to other existing standards?

Two other questions we might want to add:

What is the tech stack of the project? Name the major programming languages and frameworks which are used.
Are there competing products or projects? If there are please explain how the proposed projects differentiates.

The question about the maturity needs a bit more explanation, maybe as a concrete referral to the incubation stages to explain what is meant by it.
