Put official OpenRail Association projects on the web site

Projects should be visible on the web site. We want to avoid maintaining information multiple times, so maybe some automation is needed. Details to be discussed.

Some structured way to collect meta data about the projects would be desirable. Two candidates for formats how to do that could be:

• https://github.com/publiccodeyml/publiccode.yml
• https://codemeta.github.io/

The TC decided to try to go with publiccode.yml in the repos of the official projects and integrate it with the web site via a list of links to these publiccode.yml files.

Could maybe done in Hugo through the mechanism to pull in external data sources.

I propose to start with adding the publiccode.yaml files in the projects (at least 2) with the most obvious fields.

Then, I can have a look at the website side to see how we can integrate and display it there.
