footer: fix email link #15

Thank you for this suggestion. May I ask why you think this should be changed?

Right now, it links to a dedicated section on communication channels, and the email address is listed there as the first option: https://openrailassociation.org/#contact

Ah, I see!

I got confused on the main page: when clicking the envelope button in the footer, the user is already scrolled all the way down, and scrolling to the #contact anchor is a no-op. So it kind of looks like a non-functional button to the user. I suppose the UX is a bit better on other pages (ie, not the main one) where clicking the button actually loads a different page.

Is the intention to provide a link to the mailing list in addition to the contact e-mail address?

Ah, your explanation makes sense. I see the point that the main page behaviour isn't ideal, but I have no better idea right now.

Yes, and it may be extended with further information, e.g. link to other communucation channels.
