Electrification Layer: 3rd rail not rendered correctly #717

Hi, thanks for creating openrailwaymap.

I have noticed an issue in the new electrification layer. Track with 3rd rail is not rendered correctly. I am not sure if it is an incorrect tag or just a rendering issue. I checked in Vienna, Berlin, Hamburg and Helsinki and nowhere does the metro have the borders as shown in the legend.

If I am correct the tag should be electrified=rail (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:electrified=rail)

Best, Tobi

The legend and the actual styles are a bit out of sync. I'm not sure which version we should consider wrong.

If it can help troubleshooting, I have noticed a similar problem following the recent merging of #697 : The legend is okay, but the map does not show KVB (yet ?). kvb_osm kvb_orwm

Replying to myself : Looks like it should be fixable in the OpenRailwayMap-CartoCSS repo https://github.com/OpenRailwayMap/OpenRailwayMap-CartoCSS/pull/71

Hi what's the current state of this topic? I came here from watching Vienna underground where nearly every line has a power track and it is not correctly displayed in the map. Or do I understand the legend in a wrong way?
