The link is in fact "https://{'listname': 'openrailwaymap', 'hostname': 'lists.openrailwaymap.org'}/pipermail/openrailwaymap/"

Changed PUBLIC_ARCHIVE_URL = 'https://%s/pipermail/%(listname)s' in /etc/mailman/mm_cfg.py to PUBLIC_ARCHIVE_URL = 'https://%(hostname)s/pipermail/%(listname)s'.
